Products such as cakes, flowers, chocolates, and personalized gifts are perishable or customized in nature. Preparation begins immediately after order confirmation; therefore, cancellation requests cannot be entertained.
Orders scheduled for same-day or specific time-slot delivery are processed instantly to ensure timely service. Due to this fast processing, cancellations are strictly not permitted.
Customers must carefully verify delivery address, recipient name, contact number, product details, and delivery date before placing the order. Anil Gifts will not be responsible for errors entered during checkout.
In rare cases where Anil Gifts is unable to fulfill an order due to unforeseen circumstances, product unavailability, or operational issues, the order may be cancelled by us and a full refund will be issued.
