Refunds are applicable only in cases of failed payment transactions, duplicate payments, or service unavailability. Refund requests must be raised within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery time.
Perishable products such as cakes, flowers, and chocolates are non-refundable once prepared or dispatched. Customized and personalized products are also not eligible for refund.
Orders cancelled before processing may be eligible for a full refund. Once the order is processed or dispatched, cancellation charges may apply.
If a product is delivered in damaged condition or is incorrect, customers must notify us immediately with photo proof. After verification, we may offer a replacement or refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method.
Refunds will be credited through the same payment gateway used for the transaction. Cash refunds are not available.
